What is NATHEALTH Foundation

A NATHEALTH Foundation is a company registered under Companies Act-2013 as on 05th February 2024 as section-8 company (Non-Profit making Company).  The company formed with the main objective of work in the area of healthcare with the aim to provide affordable, accessible and quality healthcare to community at large with an intent to ensure patient safety, or other similar objectives.

Detail Main object of the Company as per its MOA is:

  1. To work in the area of healthcare with the aim to provide affordable, accessible and quality healthcare to community at large with an intent to ensure patient safety.
  2. To raise and utilize industry philanthropy, donor backed and other resources by undertaking programs, directly or indirectly, in the area of healthcare with the objective of providing awareness, capacity building and access to quality and affordable healthcare fulfilling the unmet healthcare needs of the community at large.
  3. To work closely with corporates focused on healthcare, civil societies, other bodies and stakeholders in order to achieve targeted development of basic healthcare, to promote basic and affordable healthcare.

  4. To cultivate and nurture a proficient skilled workforce to support a robust healthcare ecosystem.
